Guild Meetings
Our Groups meet once a week in person. They report on progress in their self-development homework, talk about their lives and goals, and then either learn a self development principle from their mentor, or they participate in a simulation or game. These simulations and games are designed to build interpersonal skills, self awareness, and also be fun.

Ranks
-
Teens progress through Medieval ranks of Knighthood as they complete self-development homework, including reading books, personal growth projects, and mentor assigned challenges
-
The ranks are: Page, Squire, Knight, Order of Knight, Grandmaster.
-
Each Rank comes with a reward and an insignia, from dog tags to a sword.
Team Building Games/Simulations
-
Team building games are structured challenges or exercises that encourage communication, problem-solving, and relationship building among team members.
-
Simulations are when we create a scenario, like the sinking of the titanic with only a few seats on a lifeboat, and the teens get to problem solve and collaborate in morally and physically complex situations.

Support Group
-
The teens have an opportunity every week to talk about their lives, their highs and their lows, and to seek counsel and support from their peers.
-
This time is also used to report on their progress through the medieval ranks of knighthood with their self-development homework.
Lessons
-
Each week the Mentor will teach a lesson or principle of self-development.
-
The lesson can be on such topics as Motivation Theory, The 6 Human Needs, the 5 Love Languages, or PERMA Theory.
-
These lessons will increase the emotional literacy of the teens and help them to better understand themselves and others.
