Our mission is to help teens become happier, more connected, and more capable by providing meaningful mentoring relationships, access to positive teen cultures, and experiences that foster confidence, character, and personal growth.
Leadership Group Meetings
Group Projects
Our teen led group projects are meant to be audacious in their scope and impact. Our main objective for these projects is for the teens to gain experience with hands on leadership, communication, and decision making.​

Team Building Games
Our games are chosen specifically for the traits they bring out in the teens. We play games that require team work, communication, social skills, and emotional intelligence.
We play games like Over the Wall, Toxic Waste, Signs, Find the Ring, Mafia, Assassin, Sharks and Minnows and many more.

Home Work
We use medieval warrior ranks and prizes to motivate the teens to work hard and have fun with their self-development. Each rank is self-paced so a teen could speed through them or take their time.
There are 3 types of assignments to advance in rank, Courage Challenges, Education, and Personal Projects.
